Congratulations to the winners of the 2026 Calhoun County School District Math Competition!  
Students in grades 3-5 at each of the elementary schools held classroom competitions. The winners then went on to compete at the school level for the opportunity to represent their school at the district level.  A total of 39 students (three 3rd graders, five 4th graders, and five 5th graders from each elementary school) participated in the competition at the school board office today.  They began with a welcome in the school board room, them separated into different rooms for testing.  While awaiting the results, they participated in some fun STEM activities provided by the local 4H.  They concluded with the announcement of the winners and celebrated with a pizza party.
